I don’t trust doctors because all of my doctors are useless like there not even trying because for 1 I’ve been having urinary tract problems for months now and my primary doctor isn’t being very helpful and they won’t send me 2 a specialist on that and they had me make an appointment with a GI doctor because I’ve been having so many stomach issues i have problems swallowing i have severe abdominal pain every day and i end up throwing up once every 2 weeks and the GI doctor came up with the latest they could do no matter how severe this is and when I throw up it’s like stomach bile because they said well you can’t come till December which is in 6 months for me so long to be left untreated for something like this and my headache doctor is acting like he doesn’t know what to do when i can think of plenty of things he hasn’t done that he could’ve done and my psychiatrist only gives me as much time as he needs to write a presentation to talk to him he doesn’t listen and he prescribes random medications that i probably don’t even need and that’s why I don’t trust doctors. Doctors literally think rare means never!!!! I ended up finding out from a chiropractor’s lab I have spina bifida occulta of the C1 at the top of the head. One google search about symptoms, side-effects of prescribed drugs, etc. The same words “slippery slope”, “natural”, “pain is just information” come out of their mouths in the same phrases. It was the worst thing I have ever done in my life, I now know why my ophthalmologist is a multimillionaire, I have been maimed for life and the best part for me is I never signed the informed consent form. MD’s and alot of NP’s and even RN’s no longer listen to us and/or they spend the entire visit arguing with us about our symptoms. And they want more patients to go through a revolving door of sorts, sell more drugs. As a hospital worker I can tell you the MD story above is mostly accurate. My colon was absolutely pristine from entry to the end. You will never see me seek medical attention again. And the mind is an intelligent mind capable of thinking for itself. Luckily I was able to get an appointment with a new doctor, but my appointment isn’t until August 2020 and I called to get an appointment August 2019. Some doctors really do have the hubris to believe that just because they can’t find it, it (the problem in the physiology of the body) does not exist. Doctors are only human and can be prone to error, like anyone else. Still, I did not find out until I tried to order through the prescription mail order or pick them up. And it’s sexual assault. We need to take the Hippocratic Oath seriously and go back to valuing the ethics and morals that once made the medical field so strong. Cop out lazy excuses. Maybe self-employed and insured concierge doctors making personal home visits will re-immerge and give the medical professionals who are also disgusted with the system a place to use their skills in a better way. There is also the issue , this year at least 250,000 deaths due to errors in hospitals will occur ranking it in the top three causes of death in hospitals. My dad hasn’t been to the doctors in forever. Why then , why, would the doctors continue to insist that he start PD early? I’m only a few doctor visits away from being done for good! SAVE IT! Some doctors really do have the hubris to believe that just because they can’t find it, it (the problem in the physiology of the body) does not exist. But if you read some of the stories here and elsewhere (Im not even referring to the nightmare stories of doctors with bad manners/social skills) you start to notice a trend of people spending INORDINANT amounts of money for years, sometimes decades at a time, to find cures, or even just answers to their health issues, to no avail. I rarely visit doctors, take care of my health, they can see from my records that I have had no pain killers in the last 10 years – no history of any drug use at all yet they criminalize me. Next,, the business side of being a doctor has limited the kind of care we get and the endless documentation required is probably not the kind of care they want to give or why they got into the profession. We can sense the emotionless lack of empathy you possess. I posted on August 12, 2020 about disrespectful doctors. One whom I thought was pretty smart proved, based on revealing news stories that surfaced later, to be a Medicare fraudster and liar who had no qualms about exploiting patients and their professional status for ill gotten gains. Human life is no longer valued and medical morals and ethics for public health has went right out the window. the problem is totally that doctors are gaming the system they are running up bills with the insurance company if you get an infectious disease or anything that is serious they want to run you through their circle of friends until your insurance company has paid out every last dollar for the year and then they don’t want to diagnose you because they don’t want to be sued for their negligence that they have been committing draining the insurance companies dry that’s why the insurance companies are fighting back. Before the 28th of November 1998 I never used to suffer from seizures, in August of 98 I began working nightshift in a fish factory a job is a job & the people who I worked with were nice which made the job enjoyable, but in November 1998 I was working with 3 other’s putting fish & chips in order for going through a fryer machine which was easy enough done the cleaners were also working as we were when at some point I came too found myself on the line where we were mending the the fish & chips before going through the fryer but I didn’t even have the strength to get off the 3 guy’s were as shocked as I was but they wasn’t helping me if it hadn’t been for the nightshift boss I would have been through the fryer I was taken into hospital & when I was home the next day I actually cried because for some reason I forgot the simplest thing of how to to tie my laces, I started having these seizures every 2/3 days apart from each other & I had a Dr’s appointment for month’s after that began tests I was even taken into hospital for a week to have tests & during that week I had 2 seizures 1 in the toilet area/ the second was in my room I was washing my face as I still felt tired & during that seizure I hit my head off the sink but when I came too I seen one person run out of my room then suddenly there were 5 or 6 come back in I couldn’t understand why my should was hurting so much until I was helped up until I seen that I had the room bin off the wall & the metal frame was around my arm I had to have a couple of different X-ray’s to make sure that I hadn’t broken anything that was when the Neurology Dr’s said that they acknowledged that some thing is going on but they don’t know what, I can’t remember what month in 1999 but the Neurologist Dr’s decided that they wanted to as a trial put me on Tegratol I didn’t want to be having these seizures anymore so I agreed because I trust their judgement & I am the easiest person to get on with So arguing with anyone isn’t in my nature, I kept a diary of each seizure as requested by the Dr’s from when I began the tegratol & between the diary & friends & family who all shared their own information about the thing’s they witnessed before during & after seizures during the months of being on the tegratol my seizures slowly but gradually started going from every 2/3 day’s apart to every 5/6 month apart which I thought & felt was some what better than what I was dealing with the Neurologist Dr’s left me, in 2000 I went to America to work on the summer camps but before I went I some how forgot my medication which when I was there my body was dealing well with not having any medication but it was still early days after a month & a half I on 2 separate occasions ended up in hospital in Florida The first time when I was there I I remember the ambulance crew coming & talking to me after being checked in & they told me that they were really worried about me because as they were taking me to hospital my heartbeat dropped dangerously low there Neurology Dr’s reported to the camp official’s that I had had a grand seizure, there second time of dealing with me a week after the 1st seizure they reported again that I had had a grand seizure but this time they warned that if I hadn’t been sent home immediately & if I had another grand seizure then there’s every chance that I could end up with permanent brain damage & I wouldn’t be able to travel again so taking that advice I had to ho home which upset a lot of the kids & counsellors because I left a huge positive impact on everyone, during my time back home I was back to talking to my gp & she was great every time she listened to everything I had to say, but when I was back under the same Neurologist Dr’s getting more tests their attitude towards me was different they ran tests between 2000 to 2015 when they asked me if I have any warning signs before a seizure I explained to them that before a seizure I have constant dizziness & my right leg would shake (now that Dr some where above accused patients of having attitude problems, wrong I was always polite even though I knew their attitudes & tone of how they would talk at me was wrong I remained pleasant) I & witness was shocked by the Dr’s attitude because even though they asked me if I got any warning signs & I explained what I seen as a warning sign the Dr looked at me & said “look we are not interested in hearing about the shaking leg or dizziness we only want to hear about the seizures ” so immediately after asking me if I had any warning signs they were dismissing thing’s without thought but still ran tests they sent me to cardiology even they dismissed certain thing’s as they ran tests, the only people in the hospital who had a great attitude towards me was the nurses, Dr’s seem to forget that nursing staff spend as much time around patients as themselves but spend slightly more time around patients booked into hospital than them yet the time’s I was taken in I witnessed & was shocked by dr talking to nurses like garbage yet they followed what they were asked to do, during my time under investigation of the seizures I followed what Dr’s asked of me including keeping a diary as requested I even went to a psychiatric dr as they referred me & face to face after a while of seeing the psychologists they agreed that something was going on but in their opinion I am physically/mentally & emotionally healthy & they were pleased with their own results but couldn’t understand why I was sent to them because they couldn’t see anything in their eyes as to why I am having seizures, They work for me. Quick, try the back door!". They Lazer focus on one or two symptoms them brush you off. When they blow it, they refuse to be held responsible. I saw this happen. For instance I went to a dermatologist for a rash around my nose. especially pasta bread. I certainly feel with my new GP surgery that the main concern is the welfare of the doctors and the surgery staff. The I was electrocuted on a groverment job lost a leg and two fingers and went back to work after getting well and work two full time job but my doctor that took my leg off said I will have alot of pain when I turn 40 but when I fell and shattering my knee which a doctor told me I did not break I had to go on disability and then the pain set in but now it’s like they treat me like I’m a drug addict just cause I have to come up there do urine test for my pain medicine it’s a shame the way the United States is treating their hard-working people or anybody else’s phone disability or old they’re being treated like drug addicts and if not right when you walk into a room as dollar signs and not to care of a patient. Doctors do not deserve our trust because they haven’t earned it! The doctor’s phone calls change every day. They rarely if ever cure a patient and make them healthy, rather they just pass out pharmaceutical drugs like its candy and expect them to continue taking stiff for the rest of their lives as opposed to actually fix something and help them to be healthier. and it is your job to respect me.
